This comic was born in the bowels of small town America.  For there was born an artist, Ignacio Nova, exploding from the womb with a crowquill pen clutched in his fat baby fist.  This art baby grew soon turned into an art child, then an art teenager.  This teenager began to feel the great reserves of imagination coursing through his veins, and began to desire a life uninhibited by the mountains bordering his town.

He eventually made it out and made a comic drawing focusing on the later period of these teenage years where one takes up the charge of their own life for the first time.  The town is represented in the comic as Jerkwater.  The art child is represented by Eric.  His friends and brothers Steven and Damian are represented by Steven and Damian.
