My First Public Appearance (I’m Very Ugly)
Mark you calendars, everyone! Because I know this is the sort of important event you want people who see your calendars to know you care about. I am going to participate in a local (San Francisco Bay Area) zine show on December 14th at Kimo’s at 1351 Polk St. This is the first time I’ll actually pull my act together enough to present, rather than my usual process of planning to present, but doing nothing, and then attending the show as a spectator. This time will be different, this will mark me meeting my goal of actually getting my ass in gear.
So if you come across this, check the show out. If nothing else, they’ll probably have booze! I think the show’s probably going to be in the evening. And if they don’t have booze, then I will go with you to a nearby bar and drink booze there with you.

Hey, the 14th must be a cosmically charged day. That’s the same day Nick and his band are going to record a demo (with like a real studio and an official well-studied studio guy). Hooray for the fourteenth!
